Movin’ and Groovin’ Fitness and Fun (For children ages 15 months – 6 years)

American Diabetes Association & Bayer Healthcare Know Your Healthy Steps “A Guide to Better Diabetes
Management” This program will educate those living with Diabetes on the importance of being healthy. Those in
attendance will receive a free pedometer and information booklet. Patients who have diabetes will also receive a free

When Inner Wounds Won’t Heal: the Process of Forgiveness: June 4th: Kenmore Mercy Hospital is a Christian
Hospital where Spiritual Care is a fundamental form of healing! Christine Kesterson, M.Div. walks you through the
effects of symptoms and of emotional pain. This presentation will help you find methods of inner healing and explore
the process of forgiveness, as well as provide people with the skills to comfort and heal themselves when old wounds
seem to keep surfacing.

Kenmore Mercy Hospital is opening a Cancer Treatment Center! Breast, Prostate and Colon Cancer are some of
the leading cancers that strike out population. The Doctor will discuss prostrate cancer risks, symptoms and
treatment options. Our Health Connections department will provide information on colon and breast cancer, as well
as teach how to do self breast examinations. Sign up for a free prostate cancer screening. Pick up a free colon cancer
