~HANDLEBARS BIKE RODEO Bring your bikes and join us for a free morning of fun
and activity for all ages. There will be Bike Safety Checks, Helmet Fit and Riding Drills included with all
of the other events at the closing of this year's Healthy Strides program.

~Catch your breath A 1-hour program on ways to improve breathing and health for those
with respiratory problems like asthma, and emphysema. This program will offer ideas that can benefit
everyone.

~ Latin Fitness - Get in shape while learning your favorite, Mambo, Salsa, Merengue &
Cha-Cha dance moves. 6 - 6:50pm
~Social & Country Line Dance ~ Great for families 7 - 7:50pm
~Beginner Swing - Have fun while dancing to big Band music and the best of the 50's & 60's.
8-8:50pm
No Partner Necessary. Great for all ages. Fun filled ways to exercise.
