healthy choice item that the restaurant is offering.  Receive a raffle
ticket to complete and deposit it in their Healthy Strides’ box.  Winners
will be selected from the tickets with cash prizes announced June 13th.

We are extending a special invitation to our area restaurants again this year as part of our annual Healthy
Strides initiative in the Ken-Ton area.  This is a fantastic opportunity to display your commitment to the
health and well-being of our community and promote your restaurant.  We hope that you will help support
this effort for our area and choose to participate.

Your restaurant will be listed free of charge in the Healthy Strides’ materials as a participant.  (You may
also give us promotional literature or coupons if desired for distribution.)

You identify for your patrons one or more “healthy” menu item/s for each day, or week, or month or for the
six weeks of the event,  May 4, 2009 through June 12, 2009.

You allow patrons who select a healthy choice to complete a raffle ticket and deposit it in the Healthy
Strides’ box at your restaurant.  The tickets and box will be provided.

Winners will be selected from the tickets that are picked up from participating restaurants with cash or
other prizes announced June 13th. And EVERYONE makes Healthy Strides!
